Ben Gurion Boulevard is the 2nd of three connecting Boulevards which connect at their ends, the third is Chen Boulevard. Ben Gurion Boulevard is named after Israels 1st prime minister as his home, now a national landmark and museum is situated on it. The end we see here is adjacent to Rabin square. And following it to its other end leads to the Mediterranean Sea.
